  My husband was in a very serious car accident. After spending a month in the hospital he was told that aquatic therapy would probably work wonders for him. I called several places but they didn't have a lift that he would need to allow him to get in a pool. I remember seeing a Kernersville location on the list at the Dr. office. I contacted them and not only do they have a pool, they also have a lift. Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff always friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to begin my husband's​ road to recovery. He's first time in the pool was a little emotional for us because it was the first time in 2 months that he was able to stand on his own 2 feet. Thank you Tom Fish and Kernersville Rehab Specialist for everything.

  I've had two separate issues, one back related 7 years ago and currently one shoulder and neck. I was told on both issues that surgery was the only option by physicians. Tom Fish and his staff went the extra mile to get to the root of the issue and solved the problems. 100% satisfaction and full mobility with no pain. I have recommended KRS to two coworkers who have been suffering with issues. Thanks Tom, for the help.
