- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to just about every big box pharmacy in Kernersville and Winston-Salem and none have even come close to the curtesy, concern, helpfulness and friendliness as ALL the staff at Kernersville Pharmacy. I have always come away from Kernersville Pharmacy feeling they really care about me, my health and my business. You have probably seen a bunch of reviews that say “I don’t usually write a review but…” or “This is my first review…” but this is truly my first public review because I never really felt strongly enough to have my name associated with a review of a business.
