  For people who don't know, Target pharmacy offers excellent prices on their medications when you have no insurance coverage. There are online sites that will give you a discount card for your meds, without cost, and Target honors these.

  After having a problem with one CVS Minute Clinic, I decided to give a different one a try. What a mistake!! I don't know where they came up with the name Minute Clinic. Someone, somewhere must have a sense of humor. The word "minute" has nothing to do with their clinics. And the time estimations on the check-in screen bears no resemblance whatsoever to reality. I signed in at 9:51 AM to get a vaccination. The screen said my wait would be 53 minutes. An hour and 39 minutes later, I was finally called in. "Have a seat in the blue chair and I'll need your driver's license and insurance card" - no "How are you" or "Sorry you've had to wait so long". When she looked at my prescription for the vaccination, she looked in the refrigerator, made a call to the pharmacy, and then told me that she didn't have the vaccine I needed. At this point she did apologize for my having to wait so long, only to find I couldn't be helped. She started to tell me what I might do when I came back - LOL. I assured her that I would NEVER return. Either not having adequate supplies or running 46 minutes late [while offering no initial apology] are bad enough, but both are completely unacceptable. I'll make it easy for them, I've spent my last penny at any CVS anywhere.
